Boom problem

I have a H34 with Kenyon mast and boom, my main sail foot control is jammed, I extended the wire rope to attach the sail, and found I could not adjust because the rope is caught inside. If I remember correctly, I can remove that somehow, any ideas?

I think there is an internal block. Slack the line, remove the end cap, and see if you can get the line back on the pulley.

Thanks for the diagrams, I caused the jam, I pulled the wire too far and got the set of blocks over the bolt that holds the main sheet! I removed the bolt and easily put the blocks back in place. I learned my lesson, pull the main on completely, then fasten the outhaul .
