I shall be setting up a boom preventer system on my PS37 before sailing to Europe this year. Anyone done this/have this - how did you rig it? Current thought is: Line from padeye boom end to cleat near gooseneck with eye in the end. Stored on cleat when not in use. When in use, line is attached to this eye, passed forward to a block at the bow and returnd via turning block to the cockpit. Duplicated on port and starbord sides. Any comments? Bill s/v Toodle-oo!
