Boom Part Question

I have a 1993 Hunter 28.At the end of the Boom there is a part that has 3 or 4 little white plastic wheels that has the reefing lines going around them.What is this part called? The little wheels in mine are flaking apart and locked up so they dont turn and I want to order a replacement.Can anyone help???Thanks

1993, the spars are probably Z-Spar Components.US Spars in Gainesville FL still imports the Z-Spars, they should be able to help. Try a search, I'm sure they are on the web. However, You should be able to replace just the sheaves(Plastic wheels). If you have a West Marine locally, they may have sheaves that will fit.
