Since all lines swell some, I'm curious what is the correct Diameter lines for the lines that goes through the Kenyon boom on say a 1984 Seidelmann 34. I assume they are 7/16" but they could be 3/8" for the reefing, topping lift and sail foot tension lines.

Thanks for your help

All inboom lines on my S37 are 3/8. Would think that would be plenty big for the 34.

halyard size

Thanks for the response. I currently have 7/16" on the main and jib halyard - I assume that's what you have?

Yeah, main and spinnaker halyards are 7/16 sta-set. I just installed a new furler and was kind of surprised that they recommend 1/4 for the furler line. But will go with that, at least till I break it.

Furling line and reefing line

3/8" for the reefing lines, 5/16" or 3/8" for the genoa furling line, if regular polyester double braid is used
