Does anyone have a boom furling for a Catalina 22? What manufaturers are there for C-22's? Winte is a com'in here in te north.... bummer... but got all winter to get the ship ready for next year!! Thanks, Chris

Chris Boom furling on a C22. C'mon. It's a great boat, but you don't need Titanic hardware on that boat. The advantage of the C22 is that it is easy to sail, very forgiving, and stable. Save your $$$ for your next bigger boat.

First of all, small boats like our C22s are very sensitive to weight distribution. Why add weight on your rig and decrease stability, even if it's a small amount. Additionally the complexity it would add would not be worth the value in my opinion. I don't know if boom furling is available for boats as small as our.
