HELLO SAILORS, UNFORTUNATELY I TOOK THE INSIDE OF THE BOOM ON MY 25.5' HUNTER APART TO REPLACE THE LINES AND SANDBLAST AND REPAINT THE FRONT AND END CAP OF THE BOOM. NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM TO REASSEMBLE - DOES ANYONE HAVE A DIAGRAM OR ANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS?

Tom, I understand that on this site they have

copies of owners manuals. You should be able to find one and the Hunter manuals usually have a drawing of the boom assembly with the lines marked and labeled. Ray S/V Speedy

Tom, Regarding the Hunter Owners manual, I wouldn't hold out hope that the manual has the info you need. I have a copy of the manual for the 25.5 and the info is sparse at best. I don't know if all 25.5s have the same mast and boom. But mine on a 1985 model is a Kenyon mast section 3550 and Kenyon D boom section. As far as I know the Rig Rite company is still making Kenyon booms and spars. You can reach them at their website http://www.rigrite.com/. I have called them several times and they were very helpful. They might be able to answer you questions.
