BOLO Stolen 373 Beneteau

The sailboat "Day and Night" was stolen on February 2 around 20:00. It has a white hull with green trim. Green Bimini and Jib has a green cover edge. The boat is a 2004. It belongs to Capt. Glenn Cowham who used his boat to operate Sunshine Sailing Charters and A.S.A. sailing classes. The boat was stolen from Treasure Island Marina in Panama City, FL. If you know of it's whereabouts or if you do run across it please contact the Bay Co. Sheriff's Office. 850-747-4700 or your nearest Law Enforcement Agency. Thank-You all for your help. -Sam

Sorry for your loss. I hope it was insured.
My understanding is most boats in that area are stolen are used to haul drugs.
Hopefully you get it back with minimal damage.

A picture would be really helpful.
As for drug smugglers, they soon came to the realization that using a boat everyone was looking for was a pretty stupid way to transport their product! At their profit level it was/is a lot more efficient to just buy one.

Who ever stole it probably took sailing lessons on it or chartered it, thats how they would know when/where/what/how to take it and operate everything. If I was the investigator I'd be looking at last 3 to 6 months of customer records.
