I haven't been into Bodkin in a couple years and the channel has had shoaling some years. has anyone with at least a 5'-2" draft been thru the entrance recently?

I was into Bodkin last year

and had no trouble, but my H28.5 draws 4 ft, as you know. There is an unmarked shoal on the north side of the entrance right across from #11. My advice is to sort of favor the south side of the entrance just a bit. With your draft, I also think it prudent to go in/out on a rising tide.

You will be fine

7' usually center channel and 5' at low tide. The high spot is between the only red day mark and its green brother. Once through the gap just follow the greens to the inner lighted marker. Things deepen up rapidly to 10' after that.
