Boatlife Lifeseal

I used Gflex epoxy to adhere a piece of cellular PVC to my deck. I want to fill in the edges with a calk, and was thinking of using Boatlife Lifeseal.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Look for something with UV inhibitors, like 3M 4000UV. I'm not sure how well it, or any caulk, will adhere to the PVC.
