I looked at the insignias (approximately 172 racing classes, cruising classes, & catamaran classes) in a 1968 edition of Sailboat Classes of North America. No matches just a feeling of eye strain. Do you have any more info, background, or pictures of this "damned illusive Pimpernel"?
