It depends on the Marina but, unfortunately, that is par for the course. They tack on a lot of fees. I have seen them tack on Hauling fees, environmental fees, blocking fees, powerwashing fees, and other things like this.
like alexander graham bell didn't think of charging both parties until cell phones came alond, wait until yards start charging for putting you back in.
They already do. It is built into the haul out price. In the places that I have been they itemize the bill and that shows up.
