I am considering purchasing a 1977 Cat 30 which has been in Southern California since built. Boat has tiller steering, Yanmar 12, and cockpit main-sheet traveler Other than the "Catalina Smile" and the potential for blisters are there any major problem areas with this vintage of boat.
