I recently finished painting my boat with Glidden's Poly Floor and Porch paint and it's been about 4 or 5 days and it is scratching really easily. I had a guy spray it and he had to thin it so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it? Is there anything I can do to protect it (besides re-painting or being really careful)? Maybe a sealer or top coat or something I don't know... Thanks...

I would suggest that you use something that is made for fiberglass/boats on your next attempt. Now that you may be repaiinting the for the second or third time you will understand the economics of doing it right the first time! Maybe not!
I just did mine with the same stuff
And have no problems. Did have some white scuff marks on my blue, from fenders, but it wiped right off. I wonder about the thinner, maybe either too much, or wrong kind. I rolled mine, and thinned it very little.

My dock neighbor rolled his paint on one coat wet sand than second coat rolled,but he does it for a living and it is some kind of $$$ paint that he mixed two parts and rolled on he says more paint better than spraying and less prep.
He did with in the water right next to my boat and it looks soooo good,but he does this for a living.

Even two part paints like Perfection take about 2 days before you can handle small parts and about 10 days to get pretty hard with a high end for full cure of 30 days
BUT it really depends on you local conditions as temp is a huge factor

Two Part Mix
I am not sure what the product was that my dock neighbor was using on his boat hull while it was sitting in the water but he could not talk to me once he mixed he had to work fast before it dried and pretty sure it was the next day he was wet sanding for the second coat,think it must dry pretty fast.
I will ask what he used today.

Give it 20 to 30 days to fully cure and if it still chips easily you'll need to start over with a better paint that is more suited for the marine environment and the abuses associated with it.
I count my own time as money so doing the job twice makes the paint very, very expensive even if you only paid $9.00 per quart..
Also not all paints are formulated to be easily sprayed.

The most valuable literature in the world is the label on a can of paint. Most labels indicate the approved method of application and the maximum amount of thinner to be added for spraying. Porch and deck enamel is usually pretty tough and Glidden is a good name. I would suspect the application to be the problem.

It's all in the prep. Did you use a primer coat? Alot of paints won't stick to bare gelcoat. If its not sticking, then it will scratch and chip easily. But as has already been said, give it time to cure. Depending on temperature, this could take 2 days or 2 weeks.
