The brochure for the Catalina 25 swing keel states that this boat has a displacement of 4,150 lbs. This is the bare boat displacement and does not count filled holding and water tanks, outboard motor, fuel tank, outboard motor bracket, anchors, tools, electronics, supplies, extra sailing gear, marine power cords, docklines, galley/cooking items, coolers, loaded icebox, items stored under berths and settees, autopilots, extra sails, boathooks, fenders, fire extinguishers, first aid kit, clothing,...etc. These extra items can easily add another 1,000 to 1,500 lbs to the stated displacement of your boat.
