Hi all,
Lookiing at purchasing a 85 Kirie Elite 37. I know it's French made, but I can't seem to find out much about this boat. Would really like to find someone with a original owner's manual or documentation , but will appreciate any information I can get.

The boats were also known under the name of Feeling. There are quite a few or sale in Yachworld. Also there is an owner's group. Try there. Google Kirie Feeling 37 or just Feeling

where did you find one for sale.

I like them but they draw a good bit of water. they sail pretty well. usually they are apointed in light wood. many dont like that. it is not well know so they are hard to sell. they carry a pretty big sail plan and move good. and are pretty sea friendly. But the are light for the size of boat and vintage.

more on the race boat side than a cruiser.

a lot depends on what they want for it and its condition. I have seen a couple in bad shape but not a good one in quite a while.

What equipment it has is also important.

Hi Ed,
Found this in the Dallas area. It suffered a meltdown at the breaker panel. Will need to rewire from companionway forward, replace headliner. Outside is in great condition, no damage. Going to look at her again this week and take inventory.

Hi Ed,
Didn't get out to the Kirie for a final inspection yet, but plan on doing the deal this weekend unless there is some hidden surprise. Any idea of where I could find any original documentation? Anything with wiring diagrams would be great, otherwise I'll be creating my own as I go.
Appreciate any help or direction.
