...I have to help her by an occasional errant throw... it gets her cardio rotations in.

She usually retaliates by making sure I go swimming...

"workout" shots??

Hmmm... don't know if I have any of those... come to think of it, all of her workouts are beach activities, yoga, boat chores, or "modeling" for us at S.S!

Boat babe learning to sail

A great day on Keuka Lake in Upstate NY. We spend as much time as we can sailing. Our plan is to retire and sail around Florida and head to the Bahamas.

We will stop by for sure and say hello! If kathy doesn't kill me first! We were out in some nasty winds today(fun for me) and she was trying to raise the main and she says she almost fell off! At least thats what she said!!
