actually...

...it retriggered at 36K, which now means that we are at about 56K. Yeah, we're hoping for that trip. Unfortunately, it may be delayed a bit. We just took our first order from the Gov't for the Solar Stik, and it might get in the way. Heck, I haven't even had a chance to go visit Empty Pocket (that was a good one, R.W!) in the last 3 months. I can only imagine the piles of bird %#@*! in the deck... <whimper> *cry

Princess, my boat babe has that same swimsuit...

My boat babe has that same swim suit as Princess of the lake. She got to "wear" it a couple of times in the Keys this past week. Sorry, no photographic evidence though. Ross in Tampa

I need a big favor from everyone

Our friend Brian is being attacked by folks over at Sailnet. They say his product does not work. If you have the opportunity, go over there and put in a good word for him and Boat Babe. Have a great weekend everyone! My Hunter 23.5 spalshes tomorrow morning!

I don't understand the negative attitudes....

About a good product Idea. I design electronic things. I know a "nifty" solution when I see and study one... Very good, simple, useful idea. I think ones here have the right of it.. Some people do not understand that there are people behind each and every post. Saw a lot of this when the internet was "new"... classic newbie "spoor".... Anyway... Good idea.... I think it is great that good folks pursue their idea and make it happen!!!! There are ALWAYS Grumps who do not mind hurting feelings.. May their heads develop stoppage! Just remember... the last laugh is when you deposit checks of repeat customers! All cynics ring hollow then!!! --jr

speaking of efficiency...

I've never seen a forum post with 400 views and 400 responses before... are we operating at 100%?

Hi Ron, actually this thread exceeds an...

astonishing 40,000 views. Phil (the web master) periodically resets the view counter to zero, probably to help keep his server happy. I suspect he will have to do the same when the replies approach 1,000, heaven forbid. Terry

Actually, 60K!

...We've been keeping track, and the first reset was at 36K and the second was at 22K. *YKS ("100% efficiency" ... good one, Ron!) Trust me, it helps when I'm on the road as it is always fun to check in and see what is going on... it breaks the monotony of the road!

This post is unacceptable

I'm sorry Brian, but your last post does not meet the guidelines of this thread and must be reported to a moderator.... there is far too much sail hoisted and you need to reef in considerably ;)

No Scott, That's apple pie! ;D

Brian you may be able to engineer the solar stick but Steph could make it glow in the dark.

Get a life

You must get a life, this is totally ridiculous that you have the need to try and show off on this website. It's sad that you feel you need to do this. Try and not be so full of yourself and get a life

Who's Stuck In MuD????????

In case you have not noticed this is the most popular article and we all enjoy it so don't ruin our fun. If you don't like it move on to some other boring boating forum. Nick P.S. I can't wait to see our boat babe's in Victoria Secrets Magazine.

one mans er ah womans opinion??

Why come in and look at this thread if you don't like it? There are a lot of other threads that I am sure would meet your narrow scope of approval. This thread seems to be one of the most viewed, most light hearted and fun there is on SBO. I am always amazed that when someone doesn't like something they feel the need to ruin it for everyone that does. This IS America and you do have a right to air your mind just remember that everyone else has the right to do the same so if you don't like it just ignore it....it really is that simple!
