Doses anyone have, or know where I could pick up a used boarding ladder for my H31 The PO removed it to fit vane steering and I'm currently using an aftermarket one that isn't too great.

Your best bet is going to be a salvage yard (SE United States). There were plenty of damaged boats down there and you may be able to find one.

The next place to look is a new one from someone like White Water Marine ( http://www.whitewatermarineinc.com/). I doubt that too many would be removing one of these ladders from a good floating boat. The one from a H'34 of that era may also work.
