BLUENOSE- Information Please

Need information on Bluenose Boats. Friend just bought 22 foot about 17 years old from a private source in Canada ( Sault Ste Marie). We are having trouble finding any info on the boat. Seems to be in OK shape. I've sailed it, it carries a sail area similar maybe 200 sft. Made in Nova Scotia or one of the maritimes. Its glass, shoal draft keel, rather narrow beam. Cuddy cabin . Tiller. Not much on google. Thanks. ( My regular boat is Lightning # 9699 )

Thanks a lot. Lightning ? Really!I have a great boat, it is glass but with all spruce spars. Thank you for response.
