We have a 38' 1997 morgan centercockpit. Has anyone ever done a cross atlantic sail with the same boat or similar. I would like to hear about your experience.

Crossing The Pond
I have a 74 Morgan OI 416 and crossing the pond was easy and fun. We departed Fl. on May 11, 2007 headed for Bermuda. An 8 day trip that was uneventful. After 6 days in Bermuda it was on to the Azores, Portuagal and the Med. Our destination was Split, Croatia.
Take extra sails! While the weather was good for the most part there were a few days of storms. Contact the Atlantic Rally Cruisers for more info. Safety in numbers and all that.
