I just rec'd a Blue Sea 7610 ACR yesterday and plan to run a new #4 alternator wire from my Universal M12 diesel with a Motorola alternator directly to the #1 battery. I have (2) group 31 deep cycle batteries. I am following MainSails recommendations. If you have done this to your 272, where did you mount the ACR? My outside battery locker is pretty full with the large batteries.
