Blowing Fuses

Had some engine work done last summer and the mechanic must have moved some of the engine wiring, probably from the engine generator/starter. Found this out when I began blowing fuses on a small fuse panel which seems to be installed prior to the battery switch. Since then no matter if the battery switch is off, I still have power going to the various fuses for all the boats electrical systems. After I blew the first fuse and changed that fuse, the engine would start okay. Now it seems that every time I start the engine, Ive blown a fuse. I'm no electrical wiz so I'm looking for any wiring diagrams that would help me sort out the problem.
