Rhode River MD.

can anyone forward me information for replkacement rollers for my deck orginizers and boom end? I've tried Schaffer rollers but they don't fit

Garhauer and Rig-rite would be my guess

If your O35 is like mine, most of the blocks, organizers, etc. are Garhauer, and the mast and boom are Isomat. Garhauer has their own web site and phone no. and are very easy to deal with over the phone for replacement items like sheaves. I found that Rig-rite has replacement sheaves for the Isomat boom, and they too have a web site. If you need more info regarding the web sites, phone nos, and/or equipment info, let me know. Ed

How did you remove the sheaves from the boom ends? The rear has no pin or any attachment????The masthead sheaves are avavilable from rigrite, I am sure the quality would be much better from Garhauer, but they none that fit.

Boom end sheaves

If memory serves me correct, once the lines at the boom ends are slacked, the sheaves can just be extracted without removal of any bolts, screws, etc. They are held in by the force of the lines. It's one of the easier projects that I've had on a boat. Ed.
