Any help for a complete novice? Well, I'm the novice..Hubby is a sailor, but he's down in the keys with our "new" (78 hull) boat...no handbook. took it apart to trailer it down, and can't figure out how to reassemble the block and tackle for the main sheet for the boom. He says the rear stay seems to want to attach where it would block the block & tackle, if that makes any sense. He sent me to the internet to look for a diagram...I find none, hence am sounding like an idiot asking for input...and would appreciate any and all hints! hope we learn to love this boat!
