You can blame me for the weather. I'm a "newbe" and decided to leave the boat in the water this year after purchasing it in Sept. I thought if we had a winter like last year what the heck I'll be sailing. Well, I've done a lot of shoveling!!!!

I took mine out and this is the third time I've shoveled it off today. When the mast bends enought to touch the hatch, its time again.

I'm in the same boat, pun intended. New to me boat in November. The picture of my new boat in it's old home was taken a couple of weeks ago. How do you sail like that, doesn't all the snow on the foredeck get in the way of the jib?

It's OK guys (pulled my boat out Thursday between snowstorms), those warm April breezes will feel that much sweeter. You don't hear much about global warming lately, though, do you?
