I'm in the process of buying a 2003 Hunter 426ds. Yesterday we had our survey done and the surveyor pointed out a brownish black substance dripping or running onto the deck from underneath the slight overhang of the coach roof on the port side about midships.
She had no idea what it was. It almost looks like oil but its not of that consistency, more like some kind of adhesive. The broker who is also a Hunter dealer has no idea either.
Anyone have any experience with this or ideas what it might be or what to do about it?
