Bimini window

Got a 31, great boat, just one thing the window in the Bimini is is forward
of the wheel ?. Hunter said they were made that way its the only sail boat
that I've seen where you can't see the wind vang at the top of the mast,
It's a great view of the bottom of the main!!!
are all 2010 31's made that way it's 38 inches from the back of the bimini it's just i can't believe it's really suppose to be that way.
Yet Hunter said that it was

I have a 31' with a window that allows a perfect view of the wind direction indicator, however during certain times of the day it can be uncomfortable looking up into the sun to check the wind direction as well as the occasional vertigo caused by looking up in rough seas. I have attached wind direction indicators on my stays on both sides of my mast that allow constant visibility from behind the wheel. Works for me.
