Took my old bimini and sent it to JSI to get a new one made. UPS lost it and now I have no way to get the specs for a new one. Can anyone help me?suncoastcharters@aol.com
I would guess that all bimini frames are not the same, so I think you would have to position the bows where you want them, tie them in place and take measurements. Be careful that you have the frame at the right elevation since the backstay openings change as you go up or down or forward and back. Good luck.
I had an '87 34'.I would suggest this time have the side of the new bimini go on the outside of the cockpit coming, so that the water does not drip down your bask as you sit. I have made this mistake twice.Call Rob Pennington at North Sails in Annapolis. He does and has done a ton of the 34's. And hes good at it.
