Bimini for Newport 28mk II

Man, its difficult to find a bimini and get the placement right on this boat.

The backstays, or the winches are seemingly always in the way.

Ive purchased two and couldnt get either to work.

Has anybody had any luck?

Backstays in the way of a Bimini is pretty common. Often the Bimini is cut with small reinforced holes and zippered slots to accommodate those. If you’re starting with a non-custom Bimini it might be possible to add the slots in the right places afterward.
