Bimini for H22

Any idea where to get a Bimini for my H22 (and being able to sail with Bimini up)? Steve Gully posted a picture once (attached). The ad at the bottom of the page has a broken link. Anyone know where to get a bimini like this fabricated? Are there any measurements and designs already "in the can"?
