I have a lot of really sticky goo in the bottom of the bilge on my Oday 25. It does not seem to harm anything, except when I manually pump the bilge the stuff gets all over the end of the inlet of the pump. Question --- is this stuff suppose to be there, and if so what is it and why is it there?
