I use a couple of rule 360s in my bilge with float switches which works fine. I would like really get the water level way down there. Does anyone else have a boat that takes on the rain water with the ability to pump most of it out? What system do you have? seth

Seth, You need to keep the rain water out.

If rain water is getting in, you need to find out where and repair it. There is too much wood in the deck that could rot if you don't fix the leaks. Once you fix the leaks, you will only have your drink spills to sponge from the bilge. r.w.landau

RW is right, Seth. You shouldn't get any water at all in that boat. Try to find out where those leaks are coming in from even if you have to sit in there on a rainy day like I did, or even have someone run a hose over it. That boat should be dry as a bone. If you let the leaks go too long, it can develop into worse problems with rot and delamination. Good luck! Joe
