I've discovered this pump has a torn diaphram. And I'm trying to source out a new one. The only information I can find on this pump is a decal on the hand that says " Rule".
The pump is 10 inches long inlet to outlet. The hose diameter is 1.5". The diaphram is 5" across.
Ones that I've found are to short. And it doesn't look like Rule makes this pump any longer.
So any help would be great.

Sounds like you have already came to the answer: replace the whole thing. You want dependability and piece of mind.

Strange one, Don. I didn't know that Rule made pumps like that.. The one that came with my boat is a Whale Gusher mounted thru-wall in stbd cockpit.. I see that a couple of diaphragms for Rule are offered, but not enough info to figure out which one, the 282 or 280 diaphragms.. scroll down a little..

Thanks Claude
It sure looks like the one I have. When I try to get the product details it keeps going back to the product details page. At least now I have a place to start.
Either one will work.
