How do u get to the bilge pump in a35 island packet

There should be 2 possible ways to find it.
  1. Follow the electrical wire that powers the pump
  2. Follow the hose the pump used to pump water out of the bilge and overboard

I guess I'd start by looking in the bilge. If there's no pump there will hopefully at least be a hose. You could try following that.

I assume you mean how do you reach down far enough into the bilge to remove it.
If you can’t physically reach it by laying on the floor, you can use a grab bar as it snaps into (and out of) it’s base.

Most beep bilge sailboats mount their bilge pumps on a shelf type fitting that will bring up the pump and float switch as it is pulled up. If yours doesn't do this, that means that you will need to build one before replacing the pump and switch in the bilge.
Without the aforementioned unit, you'll probably have to pull the hose to pull up the pump and hopefully, the float switch. I'm a fan of the largest capacity pump that can be installed in a deep bilge, because the head on the exhaust hose is probably long enough to cut the pump's output by half, if not more.
