I have a 1985 Hunter 31. I neen to run new 3 conductor cable to the bilge pump. Has anyone done this? When examined, it seems the wiring goes into a large hole in the hull liner and then off toward the port side of the boat and then it disappears. Any information on how and where the bilge wiring is run or any tip on how to replace it would be greatly appreciated.

On our Hunter 30, the wiring for the bilge pump goes from the bilge to under the port salon seat, from there the wire is "fished" throught to the back of the nav station then upwards to the power panel
