Bilge Pump Fuse

I have a 1997 Hunter 340. The bilge fuse is located on the battery selector switch panel along with the 50 amp battery fuse.

Its a red 10 amp fuse housing. I tried to pull, turn, press in to remove the fuse but was not able to.

Not wanting to damage it I have come here to ask how to get at the fuse.

Is it a pull out or turn to remove?

I think I might have to use pliers to get at it.

I am not sure but think it is just a reset type breaker and just push it
to reset it.
I have 1 for 12volt outlets and 1 for bilge.

Usually,

The usual fuse requires push in, turn counterclockwise while pushing, then release or pull.
