Bilge pump breaker button

I'm a new owner of a '96 P42. My breaker panel has a bilge switch and a small yellow button above the switch. Can anyone tell me what the button is for? Thanks

You answered your own question

The button should be a resettable breaker. Instead of a fuse that blows, the button pops out. Then you correct the problem and push the breaker back in to reset it.
