i was wondering if i could run the manual bilge pump inline behind the electric pump? willit still function correctly?

My old Catalina never had a bilge pump, just a portable pump. The Catalina 30 is a little bigger and mine has a dual bilge system, but the larger bilge line runs through a manual pump in the cockpit then out through the stern.
It allows me to pump water out of the bilge manually...

will the electric bilge run threw the manual bilge pump with out manually pumping at the same time i wana use 1 threw hull line...or should i run a pvc t into the line?
Sure. Mine's like that and it works. May even serve to "lubricate" the manual pump so the seals and bellows don't dry out.

I would vote for the seperate lines so you can remove as much water in the shortest period of time. This is based on my experience this summer and why we've been out of the water since mid-August. Also make sure whatever line you use has a loop with a anti-siphon break included. That would have saved us from having any water come in from the stern wake.

What Stu said. The way mine's installed is the electric bilge pump is attached to the manual bilge pump intake hose. Electric pump discharges through the manual pump, manual pump sucks through the electric pump. Same hose, same discharge. Works fine.
