I don't normally disagree with @kloudie1 on much except which is best local beer to drink.
But a pint of this would be a bit better in water soaked bilge.

Guys, those Rust Oleum paints are special order, you have to order 4 gallons. How big is that bilge?
Maybe you can paint all the bilges in your marina too!

I've heard good things about inexpensive HD Behr paint, just get enamel, Premium Ultra Plus, "Polar" is a nice color for it.
