i sometimesget about a cocktail glassfu;ll of water in the bilge rea on sunny daus bbut not when it rains ori wash it.any ideas where it is coming from? everything else in the boat is dry
dave - not to suggest the obvious, but is it on sunny days generally or on days you use the boat? If there is a corelation between the weather and the water, I'd guess its coming from a submerged bilge pump outlet that only goes under when you're sailing. Justin - O'day Owners' Web
Hi Dave, I get water in my bilge from the ice draining from my ice box in the Cabin. Could this be the culprit? It is very irritating and I do not have a bilge pump installed yet. EJ
If you only get water after heeling while sailing, check the vent tube on your fresh water tank. If the tank is full and you are heeling far enough a little water could leak out of the vent tube if it is like mine. Paul Palmer
