Hello, Well the snow up here is finally on its way out. I am working on my Catalina 27. I need to know if there is any where I can buy or make a new Bilge cover board for my Catalina 27. seems the existing bilge cover has seen better days. I remember reading about a few owners who made their own bilge covers. But was wondering if I could purchase one some where. If you can help please get back to me. Joe

I was looking for a new bilge cover and found a price of $180.00 I looked for other options and an owner here said the went to a local lumber yard and bought a 3/8 inch a/c outdoor plywood, cut to fit them beveled then finished it and it worked great. I used the old one as a pattern and a friend of mine is a knowledgeable wood worker. This cost about $15.00 plus effort, but it was fun and took two times to get the fit that I wanted.
