The display on our BG Network Wind is frozen and does not react when pressing any of the buttons.

Here's the manual. Don't remember there being a reset. Hope you can get it back to life... Its 20 years old.

Yea. That was kind of my point.... That if it does not respond then its probably dead.
Does the wind arrow still track wind direction? If yes, one thing to try if it seems beyond hope... I'd guess that that switch contacts are corroded. If you can open the sucker up and it the switch contacts with some cleaning solvent, you might recover it.
If there is no life at all its probably dead.
There is voltage all right, but the screen is frozen. I know a reset can be done bur can't remember how
