Beware of WM Rigging Shop!!

Don't doubt you can buy cheap rigging or rigging cheaper than WM's prices but that's not the point of having a brick and mortar store to which you can go, touch and immediately buy what you need.
I've always used WM's (their) rigging tools to roll my own a lot faster than any internet shop will do.

I have found the West Marine rig shops to be quite good and much cheaper then the independent shops. No complaints from me.
The problem here is I live in south FL and the rigging had to be sent to S.C.
When I first got an estimate I talked to a nice person in CA (Mark) he was very helpful.Then when the rigging shop in SC talked to me the customer service was very rude. I was just try to find out way such a difference in price. I ask to talk to the manager and no one knew where she was are when she would be back in the shop. I left messages for her to call but she didnt call back.
This is not an indepenent shop like many. This is a"Westmarine rigging headquarters for the east"

I know our local WM sends stuff to CA because they do a better job. This was mentioned to me a couple of months ago by one of the store managers here but did not think about it much. Press the managers at your local stores and insist it go to CA.
