Best Wind/Wave Predicting App?

I use a variety of resources, but the NOAA marine weather and Windfinder Pro (I think there is a few dollar annual subscription) are my favorites. I totally agree with @dlochner that you need to have a local "adjustment factor" between whatever forecast you read, and what you actually experience. For me, I'm not shocked when the weather app says 10-15 kt (a nice day) and get 20's (a more challenging day).

BTW: If you get a chance, take the Americas Boat Club (formerly, US Power Squadron) Weather course America's Boating Club | Weather Course . It was really informative and told me (1) why things were happening and (2) why weather prediction is so hard. Unfortunately, they don't offer many courses anymore.

I use Windy and Tides Near Me along with the Navionics app. Redundancy is always good Especially when you are dealing with currents.
