Best way to clean the deck on an 1984?

I recently bought a 1984 C30, and am trying to figure out how to get some of the brownish/yellow splotchy stains off of the white deck fiberglass. I'm not sure if it's sub-staining or what, but it's only on isolated areas, and there is even a clear footprint where it was masked (see photo). Any good products out there for this? Biodegradable? Brush? Mop?

FSR cleans fiberglass and removes rust stains.

lysol mildew and mold spray does a great job ...but make sure you rinse the ss parts very well including your shrouds and stays so as not to erode the structural properties of the rigging it has some kind of acid ...cant remember the name but its on the front of the spray bottle oh and it's the purple bottle not the blue one

Power washing works, but be cautioned that it may also remove the gelcoat from your non-skid. my bad experience...

SnoBol toilet bowl cleaner....Very acidic, brush it on and let it sit for 15 and just hose it away. Wear gloves.
