I'll second the mac/venture22, very nice little boat easily hauled with small vehicles, comfortable interior and easily single handed. I towed mine with a 4 cylinder ranger 2 wheel drive pickup. (nice little truck, but not known for horsepower)
My wife and I spent many weekends on one, a few weekends with overnight guests made it a little cramped when everyone was inside, but comfortable during the day. Longest stay was a two week trip, where it was very comfortable, though we did only stock up for 3-4 days at a time.
For solo it was perfect, and I spent plenty of time out alone.
