Hi gang. Gonna haul the boat and h get her bottom painted. Also, I am going to install some seablaze x lights.

Question.

What is the best recommended sealant for bonding the lights to hull? I want this to be non permanent just in case the lights need to be removed.

a structural grade silicone rubber... something like dow corning 995.
it can be temporary or permanent as long as it is sandwiched between the hull and the mounting surface/lip of the light...or otherwise protected so it doesnt scrape or get rubbed off/loose...
