The structure supporting the fresh water tank on my h335 collapsed. I have built a replacement but now need to bond it to the inside of the hull. I was planning on bedding the structure down on #m 5200 then galssing up the side to add strength. What is the best type of resin to use for this application? The boat is an 89 vintage.

I would recommend West System Epoxy using colloidal silica to thicken it. There's a PDF file that West Systems has - look under the Projects section of their website then find the "Replacing damaged bulkheads" article. Might be helpful to you.
