Best plan to replace a jib t track standup block?

I have an Oday 19 that has a cracked standup block. It's on a 15mm track. I haven't had any luck finding a similar block online for a 15mm track. What is my best solution here? Should I replace the 15mm track with 25mm and get a new standup block? (for both port and starboard so they match) that seems like an expensive solution for a few mm of cracked plastic inside the block. Should I just lose the track and mount stationary standup blocks? I'm still a beginner sailor and just day sail on reservoirs out in the western US. Photo shows the track width and the cracks in the block.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: First post, sorry if this is in the wrong place!

Welcome to the forum…You will get lots of great help here I am sure.

I can’t see how the block is attached to the track…if it comes apart, I would see if I could find a replacement. The go to guy for O’Day parts was Rudy at DR Marine (DR Marine Category List). Not sure if he is still there, but the DR Marine website is still up and running.

They show this part for the O’Day 19…

If you cannot find the block, my other option would be to find a replacement sheave and drill out the right holding it in the block, and replace just the sheave.

You can order them for many places…here is one at West Marine…
.

I would order 2 so you have a matching set and when that second one fails, you have the replacement…or be proactive and fix it over the winter layup…so you don’t miss any sailing time.

Good luck and welcome aboard
