Best method yet for winter storage

Assuming you have access to 2 or 3 cranes... Even if you store outside you don't need a winter cover. No water will collect in in the bilge and freeze. When you sand the bottom the old paint won't fall on your head. And you can wash and wax the hull in the spring without a ladder.

as long as the boat is small enough to handle, it works great! one small crane and a forklift to tail it with.

The BEST method of winter storage is to take it down to Florida, and visit it a couple of times during the winter.
